So how the system is going to work for recruiting 1 player is you will receive 250k in game cash, then if the player you recruited brings another player you will receive another 100k in game cash.
so kinda like this

Player A recruits Player B for 250K
Player B recruits Player C for 250K And Player A receives an additional 100K
Then if Player C recruits Player D for 250K Player B will receives an additional 100K
and so on and so fourth..
